Privacy policy

The personal-data operator is ООО «ЛАКАБАНА ГРУПП» (the “Operator”). This Policy sets out how personal data is processed under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

The Operator processes: name, phone number, e-mail address (if provided), reservation details and payment status.

Bank card data is processed by a licensed third-party payment provider and is not stored by the Operator.

Placing and confirming reservations, processing payment, sending the QR-code confirmation, and contacting the Customer about their reservation.

Consent of the data subject, performance of the contract (public offer), and the requirements of Russian law.

Data may be shared with a licensed third-party payment provider to process payment. Data is not shared with other third parties except as required by Russian law.

Personal data is stored no longer than the processing purposes and Russian law require.

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.

The data subject may obtain information about the processing of their data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by contacting: lacabana.africana@yandex.ru.

The Operator may amend this Policy; the current version is published on the Website.
