Public offer

This document is a public offer by ООО «ЛАКАБАНА ГРУПП» (the “Provider”) setting out the terms for reservation of tables and VIP areas via the website lacabanagroup.moscow (the “Website”).

Under Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment for the ordered service constitutes acceptance of this offer. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement with all its terms.

“Customer (Guest)” — an individual placing a reservation via the Website.

“Service” — granting the right to reserve a table or VIP area for a given date (service night) at the Provider’s venue.

“Deposit” — a prepayment made to confirm a reservation, which is applied toward the Guest’s final bill at the venue.

The Provider undertakes to reserve the selected table/area for the chosen date, and the Customer undertakes to pay the Deposit on the terms of this offer.

Reservations are payment-first: a table is reserved only after the Deposit payment is successfully received.

The Customer selects a table/area and date on the Website and proceeds to pay the Deposit. The Deposit amount is fixed and shown on the Website before payment.

Payment is made in Russian rubles via a licensed third-party payment provider. The Provider does not receive or store the Customer’s bank card data.

The Service is a service, not the supply of goods; no physical delivery takes place.

After successful payment the Customer receives an electronic booking confirmation with a QR code on screen and, where an e-mail is provided, by e-mail. To receive the service, the Guest presents the confirmation at the venue: 117437, город Москва, Миклухо-Маклая ул., д. 18 к. 2.

The Deposit amount depends on the selected table/area and is shown on the Website before payment.

The Deposit paid is applied toward (deducted from) the Guest’s final bill at the venue on the reservation date.

All payments made through the Website are non-refundable. The Deposit is not refunded if the Customer fails to attend (no-show); in that case the Deposit is retained in full by the Provider.

The Provider undertakes to reserve the selected table/area for the reservation date and to render the service to a proper standard.

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate details when ordering and to follow the venue rules. The Provider may refuse service if venue rules are breached.

The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Provider is not liable for failure to render the service due to force majeure.

The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website. By accepting this offer the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data.

This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The Provider may amend the terms of the offer; the current version is published on the Website.
